Meat Snacks Division sold to Jerky Snack Brands, Inc.

Meridian, Texas; March 7, 2007: Double B Foods, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of it's Meat Snacks Division, located in Schulenburg, Texas, to Jerky Snack Brands, Inc. This sale will enable Double B to focus all our efforts and resources on our frozen foods businesses.

Double B manufactures hand-held frozen foods including sausage rolls/kolaches, empanadas and other dough en-robed handheld products; as well as wrapped and rolled appetizers, dips and breakfast wraps. With this divestiture, Double B's accounting and customer service offices have moved to our Meridian, Texas frozen foods complex.

Double B Welcomes New Addition to our Team.

Meridian, Texas; March 23, 2007: Double B Foods, Inc. is pleased to welcome KEVIN J. MIGDAL as our new President. Kevin comes to us with a successful record improving sales and profit performance for companies in the food industry.

Kevin developed his sales and marketing skills at General Mills where he was progressively promoted through expanding roles to lead all sales and marketing for GoodMark Foods. He was then recruited to become President of Claw Island Foods, leading the company from start up to a successful specialty foods company. Based on his success at Claw Island, Kevin was recruited to become General Manager of the Ice Cream Division of the $1.2 Billion Shamrock Foods Company. Then, as Vice President and General Manager of Heritage Foods Ice Cream Division, the largest distributor of Nestle Haagen Dazs in the U.S. Most recently, Kevin was President and CEO for Dulcinea Farms.
